New York, Dec 9 (ANI): Disgraced ex-Miss California Carrie Prejean has refused to appear at a Connecticut club, insisting a midnight slot was ‘in direct conflict with her reputation as a Christian.’

Prejean, who was dumped by the pageant after she bashed gay marriage and was revealed to have taken part in a sex tape, was negotiating a 15,000-dollar offer with promoters Moodswing360 to appear at Shrine at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods on Jan. 26.

However, she pulled out the talks because the appearance was to be made between midnight and 2 a.m, reports the New York Post.

In an e-mail, her mother, Francine, wrote: “We are not completely certain that we want her in a nightclub setting at the hours specified in the contract.

“As you can understand, this is in direct conflict with who she is. Her reputation as a Christian is more important than any public appearance attention or monetary compensation.”“If in the future, you have an opportunity for her to speak to young adults, or physically challenged athletes, she would love it,” she added.

Famed American attorney who is known for her high profile cases, Gloria Allred has sent an open letter to former Miss California Carrie Prejean regarding sexting. In Carrie Prejean’s latest scandal (a number of sex-tapes circulating the Internet, Carrie Prejean admitted to sexting the sexually explicit images to her now ex-boyfriend. Gloria Allred sent the open letter explaining that sexting is a crime and that those who engage in the practices are engaging in transmitting child pornography. Surely, Carrie Prejean would find being labeled a sex offender the most significant tarnish on her reputation when compared to her other blemishes.

Gloria Allred began by explaining the definition of sexting and by saying that it was fair to assume that Carrie Prejean knew what sexting was. It was defined by Gloria Allred as sending sexually explicit photos via cell phone. She then asked Carrie Prejean if she knew that sexting was illegal and that those who engage in sexting are transmitting child pornography.Gloria Allred then asked Carrie Prejean if she felt that she should be prosecuted. Gloria reminded Carrie Prejean that many who have been prosecuted for sexting have been sentenced to prison and labeled a sex offender.She continued in her letter by stating that it was time for Carrie Prejean to take full responsibility for her sexting and to face the legal consequences of her actions. Amidst the scandal and the excessive media attention, former beauty queen Carrie Prejean has managed to find herself a new man. Kyle Boller is said to be the object of Carrie’s heart these days and apparently they’ve been dating since the summer. Read more here. As a biography, Kyle Boller was born in Burbank, California on June 17, 1981, making him twenty eight years of age. Boller stands at 6 ft 3 in and weighs approximately 220 pounds.

Boller started his football career back in high school and had great success his senior season at William S. Hart High School which earned him the 1998 California State Player of the Year. In 2003, Boller was selected as a first round draft pick by the Baltimore Ravens and played for them until his contract was up in 2008. As a free agent, the St. Louis Rams picked him up on April 4, 2009 as the backup quarterback.

After being fired from her duties as Miss California, Carrie Prejean has had a little extra time on her hands to write a book and make the publicity rounds to defend her sex tape she claims she made years ago. But, believe it or not, she has also had time to maintain a relationship with a boy named Kyle Boller. So is she in love?

She sued the pageant over it until it was revealed there are eight sex tapes and 30 photos of her without clothes on. Prejean has dated swimmer Michael Phelps. Boller has dated actress Tara Reid.
