Carrie Prejean is suing Miss California. Carrie Prejean is suing the Miss California organization, Shanna Moakler, and Keith Lewis says a report tonight. The former Miss California has reportedly filed asserting slander, libel, public disclosure of private facts, religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress against certain named defendants.Neither side has yet to comment about the matter. The suit does not name the national organization nor Donald Trump.
